Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate impeccable knowledge of grab’s products, to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner

• Lead from the front by being hands on and working on the line, so that you can oversee all aspects of the front of store operations

• Supervise and organise staff on duty, by ensuring that each shift runs according to the company’s standards, requirements and techniques

• Ensure that every customer is delighted with their shopping experience, that your team is delivering on standards and performing in a timely manner, whilst offering customers a memorable in-store experience

• Monitor inventory levels & maintain and order stock supplies

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance of all front of store areas, for the customers and for your colleagues

Requirements:

• At least 2 years previous experience in an F&B related position

• Knowledge of Greek and English language is mandatory

• Pleasant and dynamic personality, with strong communication skills

• Well organized

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a winning team
