Public Relations Manager

On behalf of a leading marketing agency in Cyprus, based in Nicosia.

Overview

We are looking for a Public Relations Manager to shape and maintain a strong public image for client brands. In this role, you will develop and deliver PR campaigns, manage media relations, and support crisis communication to protect and enhance brand reputation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other media contacts.
• Organise and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and interviews.
• Prepare clear and compelling PR materials, including press releases, articles, speeches, and statements.
• Edit and proofread PR content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate negative publicity.
• Plan and execute events such as product launches, press events, and community outreach initiatives.

Candidate Profile

This role suits someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with media and other stakeholders. You should be proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
