CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Group of Companies providing online trading services, with regulated entities and operations globally, we are seeking to recruit a Trade Solutions Analyst to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the Trade Solutions Manager, you will provide 24/5 technical support, solving production problems and handling system configuration tasks. As a Trade Solutions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing support for the end-to-end trading platform and clients within a dynamic trade solutions department. Our client is seeking applicants who have an understanding of the Financial Markets, with excellent mathematical ability. Any knowledge of SQL and/or MetaQuotes trading platform will be considered an advantage. Fluency in English is essential, and any additional language skills will be considered a plus.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage, maintain, support XC/OZ configurations.
• Perform all online configuration on both the Bridge, Platform, third party applications.
• Monitor overall performance and up time for the eco system with making sure failover procedure on place, for the FIX engine, Liquidity, etc...
• Monitor daily trading activities such as rejections, latency, NOPs, and slippage.
• Monitor Trading Platform related logs and identify any potential issues.
• Supervise, support and train Junior Operations Engineer.
• Conduct end-to-end trade investigations.
• Escalate urgent requests with team members.
• Documenting processes and maintain service desk records.
• Preparing training manuals and FAQ materials for easy-access end-user guidance
• Involve in trading platform related projects.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Good understanding of the financial markets beneficial, with strong mathematical ability is a must.
• Experience in SQL and/or MetaQuotes trading system will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player.
• Proactive, consultative, adaptable nature.
• Ability to work under pressure efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills.
