We are looking for a clever, multi-tasking and attentive Video Studio Coordinator who shall be responsible for purchasing necessary stuff for a video, everyday communication with our Video Studio employees, (including but not limited to Video Designers, Actors/Actresses, Idea Finders, Supervisors), considering their needs, and supporting them on their daily tasks and scheduling all planned video-filming activities.

• Have a general understanding and interest for video-production
• Have any work experience as Secretary or Event Coordinator or similar experience 
• Can perfectly organize workflows and structure any information
• Consider yourself to be both person of process and person of result
• Are absolutely attentive, accurate and detailed
• Have excellent communicative skills and problem-solving approach
• Are proficient in English, Greek and Russian
• Have a driving license and a car
