Café la Mode, member of Voici la Mode Group, is looking to recruit an experienced, creative and proficient CHEF 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
• Monitor and maintain food quality in high standards
• Monitor and control food cost and food standardization
• Train, lead and motive the kitchen team
• Plan shifts and rotas ensuring efficiency in kitchen operation
• Oversee stock and manage orders and stock levels
• Ensure the implementation of Health & Safety, ISO and HCCP procedures

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years working experience in a similar position
• Studies in culinary arts or related field
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
