Position: Associate/Senior Associate | Commercial Law

Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC, member of the Deloitte Legal network, is expanding and seeking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professional to join the Commercial Law team, as an Associate/Senior Associate, based at our Nicosia office.

The Role

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, among others:

• Draft and/or review a variety of corporate and commercial legal documents
• Provide assistance and support on trust-related matters
• Provide assistance and support on intellectual property matters
• Provide assistance and support on corporate and regulatory matters/sanctions 

Requirements

• Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Law
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• 2-5 years of relevant, post-qualification experience
• Previous experience in real estate will be considered as an advantage
• Strong commercial orientation
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and results driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve results, whilst maintaining a client focused approach
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments
• Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written
