CONSPEL (CYPRUS) Limited of AVAX MIDDLE EAST LTD GROUP awarded the mechanical installations works of “Trilogy Towers – Phase A” Project in Limassol, seeks to recruit professionals in the following position:

Administrator

Position:

The successful applicant will be expected to supervise and direct the administrative functions of the project, liaise with Local Authorities or other Local Bodies, handle the personnel records and Labor Office matters, prepare/oversee documents for submission to Local Authorities, control and manage all formalities required by the Local Authorities, arrange the accommodation, travel and transportation of the company’s personnel, and ensure that the company’s policies are followed.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, have 5 years of relative experience preferably in the construction industry. 

General Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language is essential.
