About the Role

Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is looking for a reliable and organised Storekeeper to join the team. The role involves receiving, storing and issuing goods, while keeping the stores well organised and accurately recorded so hotel departments have the items they need to operate smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries against orders and delivery notes
• Inspect goods for quality, quantity and damage, and report any discrepancies
• Store items correctly, with proper labelling, rotation (FIFO) and storage conditions
• Issue goods to departments and record all stock movements
• Keep accurate inventory records and take part in regular stock counts
• Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when items need reordering
• Keep the store clean, tidy and safe, following health and safety and hygiene standards
• Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance and other departments

Requirements

• Previous experience as a storekeeper or in a warehouse or stores role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including stock or inventory software and Excel
• Ability to lift and move goods
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Good command of English; Greek or another language is an advantage
• Legal right to work in Cyprus
