We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Assistant to join our Travel Department in our offices in Limassol.

What the job looks like?

• Book, arrange and coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals and transfers for employees and associates.

• Prepare and update itineraries, booking records and travel communications.

• Process booking changes, cancellations, and refunds in coordination with Travel and service providers.

• Assist with collecting travel documentation and sharing information on travel documents and insurance, referring queries for guidance when needed.

• Support invoice administration by checking invoices against quotations and bookings and flagging discrepancies.

• Follow up with travelers and suppliers and help keep travel requests and records organized.

• Handle personal and company information discreetly and confidentially and follow company travel policies and procedures.

• Assist with urgent travel issues outside normal working hours as part of an agreed rotational support arrangement.

What does it take to do the job?

• A qualification in Travel and Tourism, knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus, or familiarity with hotel booking platforms is an advantage

• Previous experience in travel, administration or customer service is an advantage

• Fluent Greek and English, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues, travelers, and suppliers.

• Reliability, attention to detail and good organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.

• Professional cooperative approach, with a genuine willingness to help others

• Honesty, integrity and respect for confidentiality
