L.T Flamingo Paradise LTD is looking for an experienced Head Waiter for the 2027 season, with opportunities at:

• Flamingo Beach Restaurant

• Our restaurant on Protaras main street

We are looking for a hospitality professional who leads by example, supports the service team and makes every guest feel welcome.

Your role

• Coordinate daily restaurant service, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.

• Guide and support the waiting team throughout each shift.

• Welcome guests, take orders and provide attentive, professional service.

• Offer menu recommendations and encourage appropriate upselling.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.

• Handle guest requests and feedback with care and professionalism.

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment.

About you

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar senior service role.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards.

• Confident communication and team coordination skills.

• A friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.

• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.

• Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

• Reliability, initiative and a collaborative attitude.
