Role Description

The Compliance Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Limassol, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. The role supports the implementation and maintenance of regulatory and internal compliance frameworks.

What you'll do

• Monitor day-to-day operations and maintain internal compliance registers, including complaints and conflicts of interest.
• Support AML and KYC processes by reviewing high-risk client onboarding files and performing PEP/sanctions screening.
• Review promotional materials and affiliate content to ensure compliance with CySEC standards.
• Help compile data for periodic CySEC filings and annual compliance reports.
• Monitor CySEC and ESMA circulars, review legal documents and help update internal compliance manuals.
• Carry out any other related tasks requested by the Company's Management.

What we're looking for

• Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certificate and CySEC AML Certificate.
• University degree, preferably in Law, Finance or Economics.
• 1+ years of experience in a CIF or financial services compliance role.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and the ability to apply relevant CySEC and EU requirements.
• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of finance and financial markets.
• Integrity, high attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency with office software tools such as MS Office and comfort working with digital documentation and reporting systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Limassol, collaborate within a diverse team and manage multiple tasks in a regulated environment.
