LLT LAW, on behalf of a client operating in the construction sector, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Paphos.

The successful candidate will support the planning, costing and financial monitoring of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity measurements and cost estimates for construction works.
• Prepare and review quotations and cost schedules.
• Coordinate material orders and verify quantities.
• Review subcontractor invoices and payments.
• Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Coordinate with construction sites, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support project organisation and progress monitoring.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Additional Advantages
