About the Company

On behalf of our client, a well-established CySEC-regulated investment firm operating across multiple European markets, we are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Designer to join its Marketing team in Limassol.

About the Role

As a Video Editor & Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, animations and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites and online advertising.

The ideal candidate combines strong video editing and motion design expertise with creativity, technical proficiency and hands-on experience using AI-powered video production tools.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams to develop engaging visual content that supports the company's brand identity, marketing objectives and digital communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit and produce professional video content for websites, social media, digital advertising and promotional campaigns.

• Design animated banners, promotional videos and video advertisements for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.

• Develop engaging motion graphics, animations and visual effects for marketing and promotional materials.

• Use AI-powered video creation and editing tools to enhance content quality, streamline production and improve creative output.

• Manage video projects from concept development and editing through to final production and delivery.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Design and other internal teams to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches.

• Adapt and optimise video content for different digital channels, audiences, formats and advertising specifications.

• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity and marketing objectives.

• Stay informed about emerging trends in video production, motion design, AI technologies and digital advertising.

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in video editing, motion graphics and animation.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

• Practical experience using AI-powered tools for video creation, editing and content enhancement.

• Experience producing animated banners, promotional videos and video advertisements for platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.

• Strong understanding of motion design, visual effects, video composition and digital content production.

• Familiarity with colour grading, audio editing and video optimisation for different platforms.

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital design.

• Excellent creativity, visual judgement and attention to detail.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Candidates must already be residing in Cyprus, as relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not provided for this position.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing and Design teams.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• A professional portfolio demonstrating video editing, animation and motion design capabilities.

Previous experience producing marketing content for the financial services, investment or online trading industry will be considered an advantage.
