Job Overview

We are hiring for an IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional support services to all the company’s clients according to the terms and conditions of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring of client systems.
• Provide L1 and L2 support to clients (remote and on-site).
• Planning, installing, configuring, supporting Windows OS, and Authorized Vendor hardware (PCs/ Notebooks/ Servers).
• Handling Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Providing top-notch day-to-day operations, maintenance, upgrades of infrastructure solutions. Responding to inquiries from clients, staff, service providers and Vendors for technical assistance and support.
• Performing any other duties assigned by Management.

Skills & Qualifications

• University/ College Degree within the field of IT/ Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year technology experience with an emphasis on Windows platforms.
• Hands on experience on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP will be considered an advantage.
• Networking/ Routing understanding and basic skills.

Services Manager & Technical Services Director, NewCytech
