We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative for a full-time role in Nicosia – no previous experience required. All you need is positive energy, communication skills, and a drive to stand out. What You’ll Doy:

• Handle all incoming calls from existing and/or prospective customers with prompt, high-quality phone support
• Provide information about our products and services
• Understand customer needs and propose the right solutions
• Resolve issues and requests by providing accurate information or referring them to the right person
• Promote products and services, contributing to the best possible customer service experience
• Develop valuable skills in customer service, sales, and technology

You Will Succeed in This Role If You Have:

• High School Diploma
• Problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Comfortable using digital tools and systems
• Relevant work experience, ideally in telecommunications, will be considered an advantage
