Philippou Law Firm is seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Administrator to join our Property Department at our Paphos office.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and practical support in relation to property transactions and will work closely with the lawyers and other members of the Property Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support in relation to property sales, purchases, transfers and other property-related matters.
- Preparing, organising and maintaining property files and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with clients, developers, estate agents, banks, governmental authorities and other third parties as required.
- Assisting with applications, submissions and follow-ups with the Department of Lands and Surveys and other relevant authorities.
- Arranging appointments and coordinating the signing and submission of documents.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring that all required documentation is collected and properly filed.
- Preparing correspondence, letters, forms and other administrative documents.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and physical records of property matters.
- Providing general administrative support to the Property Department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required; experience in a law firm, property company, developer or real estate environment will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
