Marketing Manager FX CFD Brokerage Sofia Bulgaria

• We are recruiting an experienced Marketing Manager for a well established internationally regulated FX CFD brokerage based in Sofia
• This is a senior hands on marketing position reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer CMO with responsibility for managing the daily marketing operation and turning the company’s broader growth strategy into measurable commercial results

Location Sofia Bulgaria

• Salary €7000 to €9000 gross per month depending on experience
• Relocation Flights and accommodation provided
• Travel Occasional international travel

The Role

• The Marketing Manager will oversee a multi disciplinary marketing function covering performance marketing paid media CRM affiliates SEO content social media partnerships and brand
• You will work closely with the CMO and other departments to drive customer acquisition improve conversion and retention optimise marketing performance and support expansion into international markets

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day to day activity and performance of the marketing department
• Turn strategic objectives into campaigns KPIs targets and execution plans
• Manage specialists across paid acquisition CRM SEO content affiliates social media and brand
• Drive acquisition lead generation FTD growth conversion retention and customer LTV
• Track and optimise CAC CPL CPA FTDs conversion rates retention LTV and ROI
• Manage marketing budgets across different channels and geographic markets
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimisation strategies
• Support new market launches and international go to market initiatives
• Analyse competitors customer behaviour market opportunities and industry trends
• Develop and test new acquisition channels partnerships and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales and Retention teams to improve the complete customer funnel
• Work with Product and Development on landing pages funnels tracking and CRM integrations
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure marketing activity meets regulatory requirements
• Deliver regular performance reports forecasts and commercial recommendations to the CMO and senior management
• Lead develop and motivate the marketing team while maintaining clear accountability for results

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of relevant marketing management, marketimg team leadership, performance marketing is required.
• Experience in FX CFD brokerage online trading is a must.
• Previous responsibility for managing a multi functional marketing team
• Strong understanding of the FX CFD brokerage environment
• Demonstrated experience with acquisition conversion retention CAC FTD LTV and ROI
• Proven experience targeting Tier 1 markets
• Strong knowledge of paid media CRM affiliates SEO content and digital acquisition channels
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and performance targets
• Exposure to multiple international markets and regulatory jurisdictions
• Strong analytical and commercial decision making capabilities
• Experience developing and executing go to market strategies
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to perform effectively within a fast moving international and regulated environment
• Fluent English is required Additional languages are an advantage
• Passport that does not require special entry permits to Bulgaria.
