Sunnyseeker Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Coordinator to support and enhance quality and performance standards at the five-star Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca.

This role is suited to someone passionate about excellence, consistency and continuous improvement in a luxury hospitality environment.

Role overview

The successful candidate will help ensure that all hotel operations align with Radisson brand standards and will coordinate and maintain the hotel’s certified management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support the implementation of Radisson brand standards across all departments
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits in all operational areas
• Coordinate and maintain hotel management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and Green Key
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance and follow-up of corrective actions
• Work closely with department heads to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyse guest feedback and operational data to identify areas for enhancement
• Support training and awareness related to quality standards and procedures
• Prepare reports and provide insights on quality performance to management
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Hotel Manager, with a focus on improving quality, efficiency and overall performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
• Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO standards and sustainability certifications, such as Green Key
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments
• Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
• HRDA certification will be considered an advantage
