Our firm, D.S. Th. Services Ltd, a well-established provider of audit, accounting and tax-related services to local and international companies, is seeking a Senior Auditor to join its growing team in Larnaca.

Role overview

As a Senior Auditor, you will review the work of less experienced team members and help ensure the planning, execution and completion of audits in accordance with ISAs.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Provide high-quality client service within predetermined budgets and timeframes.
• Review the audit team’s work to ensure planning, execution and completion of audits are in accordance with ISAs.
• Communicate with clients by email, phone, Teams or in person.
• Report to the Director/Partner on the status, progress and completion of audits.
• Supervise, coach and support junior team members.
• Prepare financial statements under IFRSs.
• Prepare clients’ tax returns and tax computations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Partial qualified or qualified ACA/ACCA.
• 3+ years of related experience in the audit department of an accounting firm.
• Excellent knowledge of Caseware and audit methodologies.
• Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic professional with career aspirations and interest in further development within the firm.
• Ambitious and highly committed individual with strong analytical and technical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, motivation and professional discipline.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and deliver results to a high level.
• Good knowledge of the Cyprus tax framework.
