Marketing & Content Executive

Mayfair Hotels, a family-owned hospitality business established in 1983, is looking for a Marketing & Content Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team in Paphos.

This role is suited to a creative, organised individual with a strong interest in social media, content and storytelling. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and the E-commerce Manager to turn ideas, strategies and campaigns into quality, on-brand content that supports brand visibility, engagement and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, including planning, scheduling and publishing.
• Maintain an active, engaging and consistent brand presence across digital platforms.
• Create and manage content for digital and in-house marketing activities.
• Execute approved marketing campaigns and seasonal promotional activities.
• Coordinate with external content creators, including arranging hotel visits, preparing briefs and providing feedback in line with branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media, digital content and hospitality marketing.
• Good eye for visuals, branding and storytelling.
• Ability to create and adapt graphics and short videos. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, publishing tools and content trends.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Previous experience with hospitality or lifestyle brands will be considered an advantage.
