Area Manager – Food & Beverage (FMCG) Operations (Nicosia, Cyprus)

On behalf of our client, a Leading Food & Beverage (FMCG) Organisation in Cyprus, we are looking to hire an Area Manager to lead and optimize multi-site operations based in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites/units, ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams to achieve KPIs and operational targets
• Ensure full compliance with company standards (service, quality, hygiene, and procedures)
• Monitor sales, productivity, and costs, implementing improvement actions where needed
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews with clear feedback and follow-up
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing)
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Area Manager / Operations Manager role, ideally within Food & Beverage / FMCG / Retail Operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Solid understanding of operational KPIs, cost control, and performance management
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel locally between sites when required
• Fluent English (Greek is an advantage)
• Valid driving license
