KYC Analyst (Limassol/Nicosia, Cyprus)
Complyport EUAs part of our continued growth, Complyport is seeking to recruit a KYC/CDD Analyst for immediate employment, to be based in Limassol or Nicosia.
What Does Your Role Specifically Involve?
- Conduct CDD and EDD reviews for corporate clients.
- Review and analyse corporate documentation, ownership structures, and source of wealth/source of funds information.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate potential financial crime risks, including PEPs, sanctions matches, adverse media findings, and other high-risk indicators.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance throughout the client lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain and assess KYC documentation and additional due diligence information.
- Support ongoing monitoring, remediation projects, and other AML/KYC activities.
Here Are Our Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance or any other related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in KYC, CDD, EDD, Client Onboarding, or AML Compliance, with a strong focus on corporate entities.
- Experience conducting EDD reviews for high-risk customers, including the assessment of source of wealth and source of funds.
- Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with impact.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
