All you need is:

• Relevant working experience in finance or accounting – no less than 2 years;
• Confident knowledge in Accounting and Financial Reporting;
• Advanced Excel user;
• English – upper intermediate and higher;
• Able to learn quickly and to work within deadlines in a challenging environment;
• Strong communication skills;
• Work experience in Big 4 and ACCA qualification would be a plus.

Your daily adventures will look like:

• Сoordinating the process of communication with external accountants and auditors including collection, review and organization of financial documentation for the Company including invoices, acts and other supporting documents, as well as replies to various info requests;
• Supporting the process of VAT returns and compliance with Cyprus IT box regime, including calculations and documentation;
• Preparing PL's forecast;
• Actively participating in yearly and monthly reporting process – preparing calculations, accounting entries posting, accruals recognition, preparation and review of financial statements;
• Preparing and issuing the Company’s invoices to the Partners and clients including all subsequent tracking of payments statuses and communications flow where required;
• Improving and automating internal accounting processes;
• Analysing, optimizing and controlling the Company’s expenses;
• Cash management of payment systems and Banks (weekly reconciliations, money withdrawals/ top-ups, balances monitoring, conducting payments);
• Producing Ad Hoc reports when necessary;
• Hybrid work model: 2 days at the office, 3 days from home.

Compensation and employment information:

Type of Employment: Official Employment

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary Range: €24 - €48K gross annually

The final offer within this range will be determined based on objective criteria, including years of relevant professional experience, technical qualifications, and demonstrated expertise in the role's core requirements.

Recruitment process:

1. A 30-minute interview with a Recruiter;

2. A technical interview with the direct manager - duration 1 hour;

3. A 1.5-hour final interview with the team to assess your technical skills and overall culture fit;

4. Final decision and offer.
