CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a dedicated project management service provider specialized in the real estate, facilities management, and construction sectors, we are seeking to recruit a Site Technician to join their growing team based in Cyprus. As a Site Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining client facilities in a safe, functional, and compliant condition. An academic background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering is preferred, and you will need to possess at least 3+ years of experience in facilities management or property management. Fluency in Greek is essential, along with at least a B2 level of proficiency in the English language. The specific facilities under your management are located in the Nicosia and Larnaca districts. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, including a company car allowance. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Maintain facilities in a safe, functional, and compliant condition.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems and structural issues.
• Ensure all maintenance and fit-out works meet local building codes, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues to avoid disruptions in office operations.
• Ensure high standards of quality in all maintenance and fit-out activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and verify deliverables meet specifications.
• Work closely with Cyprus Team and other offices to align activities.
• Support the development and implementation of standardized procedures across locations.
• Advocate for and implement environmentally sustainable practices in maintenance
• Address any safety concerns proactively to protect staff and visitors.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering is preferred (not mandatory).
• A minimum of 3 years prior experience in facilities management or property management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (B2 level of English proficiency).
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive and professional attitude.
