As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the Food & Beverage Department, contributing to our renowned dining experience. Our restaurants serve hundreds of guests daily, offering efficient service and a wide variety of food and beverages across multiple outlets. By providing genuine hospitality and professional service, you will become a valued ambassador for Kanika Hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in building an effective team and fostering staff welfare and development
• Ensure staff receive training and possess the skills needed for efficient performance
• Oversee department operations to meet performance standards
• Optimize restaurant layout and furniture arrangement for space efficiency and guest comfort
• Deliver exceptional service to each guest and handle customer complaints effectively

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hotel Management School graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective people management abilities
• Proficient in Greek and English (verbal and written)
• Excellent computer skills
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
