LLT LAW is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Real Estate Lawyer to join our Real Estate Department in Paphos. This role suits a legal professional with an interest in property law who is committed to providing high-quality legal services to both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of Cyprus real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and financing of immovable property.
• Draft, review, and advise on sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, powers of attorney, and other property-related legal documentation.
• Conduct legal due diligence for property transactions.
• Manage conveyancing procedures and liaise with the Department of Lands and Surveys and other relevant governmental authorities.
• Advise clients on Cyprus property law matters.
• Coordinate with clients, banks, developers, government authorities, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
• Stay up to date with legislative and regulatory developments affecting the real estate sector.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Real Estate Department on legal and transactional matters.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognised university.
• Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Cyprus real estate and property law.
• Good knowledge of conveyancing procedures and Cyprus property legislation.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of the Polish language (written and spoken) will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.
