Food & Beverage Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded and highly organized professional to join our Food & Beverage Team, responsible for promoting and selling F&B events and experiences, coordinating event requirements and supporting the successful supervision and delivery of functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the Resort’s Food & Beverage venues, events, functions, weddings and private dining experiences.
- Handle F&B event enquiries, prepare proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate event requirements with clients and relevant hotel departments.
- Conduct client meetings and site inspections, presenting available venues, menus and event options.
- Prepare and maintain event documentation, function sheets, menus, schedules and related correspondence.
- Ensure that all event details, including timings, menus, layouts, special requests and operational requirements, are accurately communicated.
- Liaise closely with the F&B operational team, Kitchen, Sales, Reservations, Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and revenue maximisation through menus, beverage packages, venues and additional services.
- Follow up on event arrangements and manage last-minute amendments.
- Supervise F&B events and functions during operation, ensuring that agreed arrangements, service standards and guest requirements are delivered.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during events and coordinate with the operational teams to address any requirements.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners when required.
- Assist in monitoring event-related costs, charges and billing information.
- Maintain accurate event files, records and databases.
- Support the F&B Management team with reports, schedules and general administrative duties.
- Follow up with clients after events, gather feedback and contribute to developing repeat business.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with guests and clients before, during and after events.
- Contribute to the delivery of high service standards and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, events, hospitality sales or a related commercial/operational role.
- Previous experience in a hotel, Food & Beverage or events environment will be considered a strong advantage.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify and develop revenue opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and event coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude and ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Flexibility to attend and supervise events outside standard office hours when required.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Academic Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Events Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field will be considered an advantage.
