Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Services Officer to join our team at our luxury resort in Cyprus.
In this role, you will be one of the key faces of the resort, creating memorable experiences for guests from arrival through to departure. You will provide personalised service, anticipate guest needs and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them warmly on arrival and throughout their stay.
- Provide personalised, attentive service to support an exceptional guest experience.
- Support guests with enquiries, requests, reservations, transportation, activities and local recommendations.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the resort’s facilities, services, restaurants and the surrounding area.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to respond efficiently to guest requests.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly, professionally and with discretion.
- Assist with VIP and special occasion arrangements.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations wherever possible.
- Maintain accurate guest information and ensure effective communication between departments.
- Promote the resort’s facilities, services and experiences when appropriate.
- Follow all resort standards, policies and procedures related to guest service.
- Represent the resort in a professional, friendly and positive manner at all times.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in guest services, front office, concierge or luxury hospitality.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, confident and welcoming personality.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer literacy; familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek and/or additional languages is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to deliver service beyond expectations.
