CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a highly experienced, responsible and technically strong Chief Technology Officer to join their expanding team of professionals based in Limassol. This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced, technically savvy Chief Technology Officer to further develop their career with one of the fastest growing investment firms operating in Cyprus.

• Reporting directly to the COO and leading the entire IT function.
• Developing the technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Managing the front-end and back-end software engineering teams through cross-functional projects.
• Lead technical strategic development to achieve current and future goals.
• Implement technologies and processes that aid technical efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure new projects are fit for purpose, delivered as per requirements, on time and to budget.
• Ensure system and development performance is monitored and enhanced.
• Provide leadership and management guidance and objectively assess the performance of all direct reports.

• Educated to degree level in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/ is highly desirable
• Previous working experience in a senior technology position within the Forex industry will be considered a significant advantage.
• Previous and demonstrable experience as a CIO/CTO, ideally working within the Financial Services sector is a must.
• Ability to understand and keep up-to-date with new technology development trends and carry out relevant technology reviews in order to develop leading technology products.
• Ability to motivate, coach and mentor large technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• A thirst for knowledge and process improvement.
