Olympia Ocean Carriers Ltd, an established international shipping group based in Limassol, is seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Officer to join its team and support the day-to-day I.T. operations of the Group.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Providing first-line I.T. support to end users and resolving day-to-day technical issues.
• Liaising with the Company's external I.T. providers and coordinating support requests.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining PCs, laptops, printers, servers, cloud and other I.T. equipment.
• Assisting with the maintenance of the Company's network infrastructure, hardware and software.
• Performing software installations, updates and operating system upgrades.
• Monitoring the Company's I.T. infrastructure and escalating issues where required.
• Maintaining the Company's I.T. asset register and support documentation.
• Supporting user account administration, onboarding and offboarding.
• Assisting with GDPR, cyber security and information security procedures.
• Supporting I.T. projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.

Requirements

• University degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience in an I.T. support role will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and computer hardware.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
