Job Summary

As a Kids Club Attendant at Cap St George Hotel, you will supervise, entertain, and help ensure the safety and wellbeing of children staying at the hotel. You will create a fun, welcoming, and secure environment through age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, and organised activities, while providing the warm and attentive service the hotel is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and lead daily activities, games, and entertainment programmes for children across different age groups.
• Supervise children at all times in the Kids Club and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Welcome children and parents, and manage check-in and check-out according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain accurate attendance and sign-in/sign-out records, including emergency contact details for parents or guardians.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Teacher or Nurse Certification.
• Previous experience working with children (childcare, teaching, camp counselling, or similar) is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification before starting.
• Basic background check/clearance to work with children, as required by local regulations (Criminal record certificate/Police clearance).
• A genuine passion for working with children and creating a positive, engaging experience.
• Good spoken English; additional languages (Greek, Russian) are an advantage.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm, alert, and responsible in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
