We're Hiring: Manual QA Engineer (Web & Mobile)

Are you passionate about finding bugs before users do? Do you enjoy breaking things to help build better products? We're looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join a fast-growing tech team and ensure every release meets the highest quality standards.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing

As a Manual QA Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless user experience by:

✅ Executing manual test cases across the platform, including:

• User registration & onboarding
• Chat functionality
• AI-generated content
• Voice calls
• Image generation
• User progression & galleries

✅ Performing release smoke testing and full regression testing before every deployment.

✅ Testing across multiple browsers and devices:

• Chrome & Firefox (Desktop)
• Safari (iOS)
• Chrome (Android)

✅ Validating payment and subscription flows, including:

• Purchases
• Upgrades
• Renewals
• Cancellations
• Failed transactions

✅ Verifying analytics events and affiliate tracking.

✅ Conducting exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, interrupted flows, slow network issues, and unexpected user behavior.

✅ Testing AI functionality, including conversation memory, consistency, content moderation, and generation failures.

✅ Writing detailed, developer-friendly bug reports with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, recordings, logs, severity, and reproduction rates.

✅ Retesting fixes and maintaining up-to-date test cases.

🎯 Requirements

Must Have

✔️ 2+ years of Manual QA experience with consumer web or mobile products.

✔️ Strong knowledge of:

• Manual testing methodologies
• Regression testing
• Exploratory testing
• Boundary value analysis

✔️ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and reproduce complex or intermittent bugs.

✔️ Experience using browser DevTools (Console & Network tabs).

✔️ Experience with ClickUp or similar issue-tracking tools, and the ability to write high-quality bug reports.

✔️ Strong written and spoken English.

✔️ Comfortable working on an 18+ adult-content platform.

⭐ Nice to Have

➕ Experience testing:

• Payment systems
• Subscription services
• In-app purchases

➕ Experience with AI/LLM-based products.

➕ Familiarity with:

• Postman
• Basic SQL
• Mixpanel
• Affiliate tracking platforms

➕ Interest in learning or expanding into test automation (Playwright/Cypress).
