Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Compliance team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and responses to regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation, and internal registers.
• Assist in monitoring internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments on compliance-related matters.
• Support the implementation of compliance policies and internal controls.

Requirements

• University student or graduate in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Law students and graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Basic knowledge of Compliance, AML, KYC, or financial regulatory requirements will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
