doValue Cyprus: Asset Workout Officer

Altamira Real Estate - doValue (Cyprus) Ltd is looking for an Asset Workout Officer to coordinate the asset due diligence process for collateral properties included in various recovery solutions. The successful candidate will report to the Asset Workout Manager.

The position is based at Altamira’s offices in Nicosia (Latsia).

Main responsibilities

• Carry out asset workout reviews and evaluations of collateral properties included in proposed recovery solutions (Debt-to-Asset, Cash Settlements).
• Review feasibility studies and due diligence reports prepared by external service providers.
• Communicate and coordinate with Government Departments to obtain relevant information and documents (e.g., District Lands Office, Town Planning Department, etc.).
• Collaborate with other departments within the Division and with Restructuring Officers to exchange information related to property assessment reports.
• Communicate with external valuers and coordinate valuation procedures.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to the assessment and onboarding of properties to the REO portfolio.
• Maintain asset registers and prepare weekly reports and analysis.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities and duties as directed by the Department Manager and the Functional Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate, Civil or other Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Real Estate/Property Valuation/Transaction Management is considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
