GADALLA TRADING LTD ( G.T.L TILES) is hiring a Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to grow our client base and manage existing accounts. The role focuses on B2B sales, cold calling, and building long-term relationships with professionals in the construction sector, including developers, contractors, architects, and construction companies.

Main Responsibilities

• Make regular cold calls to potential clients.
• Search for new clients, projects, and business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and construction companies.
• Arrange client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and terms.
• Follow up actively with clients until deals are closed.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts.
• Maintain an active and updated sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and new-client targets.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams regarding orders and deliveries.
• Handle incoming enquiries and walk-in customers when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or in a similar sales position.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition.
• Experience in ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or construction is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Active, organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Valid driving licence.
