The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the organisation, overseeing logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and operational processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional operations, improving efficiency, monitoring performance, and supporting the company's ongoing growth by ensuring the seamless execution of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the company's daily operational activities.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory, logistics, and delivery operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and high levels of customer service.
• Lead, support, and develop operational teams.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently and proactively.
• Support business transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar management role.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with KPI reporting and process improvement.
• Experience in the retail, furniture, or related industry will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
