Aliathon Resort is looking for a Storekeeper to join our central kitchen supply team. If you have experience in stock handling, strong organisational skills, and a solid understanding of hygiene standards, we would like to hear from you.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a hotel environment)
• Good organisational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Computer literacy
• Team player

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect goods for quality and quantity
• Store and arrange stock correctly
• Update inventory systems and records
• Distribute stock to hotel kitchens
• Monitor stock levels and notify the team when replenishment is needed
• Conduct monthly inventory checks
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) are followed
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and cold rooms
