Administrative Officer, Limassol – AOL/07/26

The Administrative Officer will support the smooth daily operation of the organisation, with a primary focus on the coordination and administration of seminars, training programmes, and related operational activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career in administration, training coordination, and operational support. No previous experience is required, as full training and guidance will be provided.
The successful candidate will assist with the organisation and execution of training programmes, ensuring effective coordination between trainers, participants, internal teams, and external stakeholders, while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with ANAD (HRDA) procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and administration of seminars and training programmes
• Assist with seminar scheduling, trainer communication, venue arrangements, and participant registrations
• Prepare and maintain seminar documentation, attendance records, evaluation forms, and training materials
• Support ANAD (HRDA) procedures, applications, submissions, and related documentation
• Maintain and update ERMIS-related processes and administrative records
• Communicate with trainers, clients, participants, and internal departments regarding seminar arrangements
• Monitor seminar timelines, deadlines, and operational requirements
• Handle daily communication through emails, phone calls, and internal correspondence
• Maintain organised filing systems and accurate administrative records
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation when required
• Assist with certificates, attendance confirmations, and participant records
• Support the organisation of workshops, conferences, and corporate training events
• Assist with the coordination of both physical and online seminars
• Update databases, CRM systems, and internal platforms
• Contribute to the improvement of administrative procedures and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• No previous work experience required – training will be provided
• Knowledge of ANAD (HRDA) procedures and ERMIS processes will be considered an advantage
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and administrative systems
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Positive, reliable, and customer-focused approach

Location: Limassol
Salary Range: €1,200 – €1,500 x 13 gross per month
