About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in IT infrastructure and managed services. With a strong and expanding client base, they are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Officer to join their finance team and grow their career in accounting and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and organizing company documents, ensuring they are properly filed and easily accessible.

Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and other customer-related documents under established procedures.

Support the Accounting Department by coordinating documentation and assisting with invoice and payment processing.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, account balances, and statements in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare customer statements of account and payment information as requested.

Assist in monitoring customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments when required.

Verify the accuracy of customer information and financial records before processing.

Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information.

Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of routine matters.

Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

1+ years of experience in finance, administration, customer service, or billing

Advanced English

Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles, customer account management.

Strong document management and record-keeping skills.
