About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Health Club / Sports Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing bookings and enquiries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Health Club reception.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage reservations, bookings, cancellations, and customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
- Promote Health Club facilities, services, and activities.
- Support the organization and coordination of sports and social activities.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate balancing of daily receipts.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and changing facilities.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost property promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service while responding efficiently to guest requests.
- Follow all company policies, health & safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support the team in achieving departmental goals.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Health Club Supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of Greek and/or Russian will be considered an advantage).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
