The Role: As a Senior Consultant within the Business Consulting team, you will play a key role in the delivery of business transformation and ERP implementation projects, supporting clients through requirements validation, system testing, training, issue resolution and project coordination.
You will apply your understanding of business processes, ERP functionality and project delivery to manage workstreams, guide junior team members, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure that high-quality deliverables are produced within agreed timelines.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and coordinating multiple parallel ERP implementation projects, including monitoring progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and open actions across client sites.
- Assisting in ERP implementation activities, including business requirements analysis, functional configuration support, solution validation and deployment preparation.
- Acting as a key point of contact for assigned workstreams, liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams to support delivery and issue resolution.
- Leading or supporting ERP end-user training sessions, including preparation of training material, user guides and structured onboarding support.
- Designing detailed UAT test scenarios based on business requirements, system configuration and expected operational outcomes.
- Executing and reviewing UAT testing, documenting results and ensuring that findings are clearly recorded in UAT registers and formal reports.
- Managing the documentation, prioritisation and follow-up of defects/tickets with contractors, ensuring appropriate visibility on resolution status.
- Performing functional reviews of business requirements, delivered functionality, system configuration and report outputs.
- Reviewing data outputs, reconciliations and system reports to identify inconsistencies, risks and areas requiring further investigation.
- Preparing and reviewing formal project documentation, progress reports, training material, UAT reports and client deliverables in Greek and English.
- Supporting project planning, stakeholder communication and the preparation of structured status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coaching and guiding junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables.

Skills and Attributes:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, ERP implementation, finance transformation, project management, UAT / QA, system implementation or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or another quantitative / IT-related discipline. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office, with experience preparing formal reports, trackers and client deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, including the ability to prepare professional Greek-language reports and correspondence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, assess business impact and propose practical solutions.
- Good understanding of business processes, ERP configuration, testing cycles and project delivery requirements.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confidence in communicating with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and workstreams, follow through on actions and support decision-making through clear analysis and documentation.
Other Requirements:
- Background in accounting, finance, IFRS, IPSAS or public sector accounting will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience with ERP implementation, UAT planning, defect management, business analysis or system configuration will be considered an advantage.
- Basic SQL and JavaScript knowledge and familiarity with AI / GenAI tools will be considered an advantage.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving project environment and adapt across functional, technical and coordination tasks.
