At The Nines, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional people. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about hospitality, employee engagement, and developing teams within a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Human Resources operations across the hotel
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, learning and development and more
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and support HR planning
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company standards and Cyprus employment legislation
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and effective communication
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Oversee payroll preparation in collaboration with the Finance department, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, health and safety requirements, and company policies
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for Senior Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an HR management role in any industry
• Knowledge of Cyprus labor legislation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
