Avis Budget Rent A Car is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team in Larnaca as a Customer Service and Reservations Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and reservations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive rental experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming back-to-back calls and emails daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide.
  • Provide information on rental rates, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services and promotions.
  • Handle complaints and resolve customer service issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the English languages. Other knowledge of language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work independently and in harmony within a team.
  • Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant, enthusiastic and adaptable personality.
