Senior Internal Auditor, Limassol – SIA/06/26

On behalf of a client, a well- established group operating in the retail industry, we are currently looking for a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Internal Auditor to join their team in Limassol.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting internal audits and evaluating processes and systems of the subsidiary.
• Preparing audit reports with findings and improvement recommendations for the management of both the subsidiary and the parent company.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the corporate policies of the Group.
• Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and providing relevant updates to the parent company.
• Participating in projects aimed at improving internal processes and risk management.
• Collaborating with relevant teams in Cyprus and the parent company to ensure the effectiveness of audit procedures.

Position’s Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field. A postgraduate degree is considered an additional asset.
• Professional certification related to internal or external auditing is required. (e.g., CIA, CISA, ACCA).
• At least 5 years of experience in an internal audit role.
• Experience in retail industry as an in-house internal auditor or as an advisor is required.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English.
• Data analysis skills and proficiency in using audit tools.
• Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written expression.
