Pricing Officer, Nicosia – PO/06/26

On behalf of our client, a leading company operating in the real estate sector, we are seeking to recruit a Pricing Officer to join their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be responsible for property valuations, portfolio underwriting, and providing real estate insights to support the company's strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare property valuations and other asset-related reports to support the sale of assets within managed portfolios.
• Assess property valuation reports prepared by external valuers.
• Perform portfolio underwriting and valuation services.
• Review third-party valuations and provide an opinion of value.
• Conduct on-site property inspections when required.
• Provide support and real estate insights to the Commercialization and Asset Management Departments.
• Perform other job-related duties assigned by Management.
• Keep up to date with real estate market trends, legislation, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate Management, or another relevant field supported by real estate experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in property valuations and/or advisory valuation services.
• Member of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK).
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
• Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, property legislation, planning regulations, and industry practices.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
