Main responsibilities and duties

• Provide legal support for real estate transactions in Cyprus, including property appraisals, drafting purchase, sale, and lease agreements, risk management, liaison with government agencies, and oversight of registrations.
• Open bank accounts for clients, including collecting required documentation and liaising with banks.
• Register Cyprus companies and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct basic client due diligence (KYC - Know Your Customer).
• Consult clients on migration and immigration law matters in Cyprus.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants on corporate law, license renewals, and other related matters.

Candidate requirements

• Proficiency in Russian and English (Greek is an advantage).
• 1 to 3 years of legal experience in corporate law and Cypriot law.
• Residence in Cyprus.
• Work permit.
