The role of a Portfolio Assistant Manager is extremely important for the success of our audit team and above all in the daily creation of an exceptional client and people experiencee for all our clients and colleagues reinforcing our CLEARR values of Collaboration, Leadership, Excellence, Agility, Respect & Responsibility.
To be successful you should be a qualified professional (ACA/ACCA) with solid experience within practice (three years post qualification). You will report to a Partner and will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all work is carried out profitably and on a timely basis in accordance with the firm’s professional standards. You will assume responsibilities for project management leading and developing your own team, working on your own initiative to plan, control, and complete audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Duties & responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure delivery of services in line with engagement objectives, scope, and budget.
- Oversee client engagements from start to finish, managing timelines & deliverables and ensuring adherence to firm policies and quality standards.
- Proactively develop client relationships, working closely with Partner in charge to develop commercially focused solutions to issues identified.
- Assist in business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, presentations, and client relationship management.
- Guide team members, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a high-performance work culture.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a clear ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and risk management.
- Display confidence and an ability to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and colleagues across the Firm.
- Strengthen technical knowledge in field of expertise, continually sharing this knowledge with their immediate teams.
- Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to our services and industry in general.

- Strong technical competence including extensive knowledge of IFRS and ISAS
- Experience of using Microsoft packages other computerised audit packages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Greek and English)
