CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well-established and highly respected Construction & Engineering Firms with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team. As an Office Administrator, you will handle a range of administrative duties, including managing and organising project correspondence, filing and archiving documents, and providing general administrative and secretarial support to management and project staff. An academic background in a relevant field of study will be considered a plus, and you will need to hold prior experience in a similar role. Fluency in Greek and English is essential, with any prior experience working in the construction sector consider an advantage. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th & 14th salary, and Provident Fund. Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 – 14:00 each Friday.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Managing and organizing project and company correspondence.
  • Filing and archiving documents in both electronic and hard-copy formats.
  • Assisting in the preparation, administration, and filing of contracts and contractual documentation.
  • Monitoring and maintaining records of guarantees.
  • Preparing, issuing, and maintaining memos, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Preparing, scanning, distributing, and archiving project documentation.
  • Providing general administrative and secretarial support to management and project staff.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is desirable.
  • Prior experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the Construction sector will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English both written and spoken.
  • Pleasant and cooperative personality.
  • Responsibility and integrity of character.
