About the role
The Office Administrator manages administrative tasks, coordinates office activities, and supports staff to help maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate with vendors
- Support HR functions
- Ensure the company’s policies and procedures are followed
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage Directors’ calendars
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Required skills and experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Outstanding communication skills, with flexibility and a solution-focused mindset
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic administrative knowledge
