The Timinis Group is looking for a creative and organized Digital Marketing & Content Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Group's social media presence, digital advertising campaigns, website content, marketing collaborations, and seasonal content productions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and grow the Group's social media presence across key platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content that reflects our brands.
• Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns, both paid and organic.
• Monitor performance and contribute ideas to improve results.
• Engage with our online community and maintain positive customer interactions.

Content & Brand Marketing

• Coordinate content creation projects, including seasonal campaigns and photoshoots.
• Work closely with photographers, agencies, and other creative partners.
• Create marketing materials and visual content using Canva.
• Support the delivery of marketing initiatives across the Group's brands.

Events & Partnerships

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, brand activations, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support marketing collaborations and partnership opportunities.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Creation, Event Coordination, Marketing, or a similar role
• Experience within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong Canva skills are essential
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
